Why coaching works

  1. Hi to all fellow coaches.

    I am looking for material to do calculate ROI. I am trying to put internal coaching in place within my company. Management is interested about it but they want to measures the benefits they would get from investing in coaching.

    Any material you can share would be much appreciated.

    1. Gilles, Mary Beth O'Neill has about the best methods for ROI calculation in Executive Coaching with Backbone and Heart (see chapter 9). Madeleine Human and Linda Miller have some additional qualitative pieces specifically tailored to introducing internal coaching structures in Coaching in Organizations.
